大稻埕 - Twa Tiu Tiann - Upcoming

大稻埕 (Twa Tiu Tiann) was released in Taipei over the weekend. The movie comes from the creators of night market hero from a couple summers ago. Back with some lovely faces and a time traveling story. Looks quite interesting.

The only problem is the whole movie is in Taiwanese. I'll need some subtitles.

甜 祕密 - Together - Upcoming

甜‧祕密 (Together) is an film out of Taiwan released last November 2012. Catching up to the notable Taiwanese movies I meant to watch. This love story set in the beautiful island is worth a watch based on the trailer, the actors, and the acclaimed soap opera director.

昨日的記憶 - When Yesterday Comes - Upcoming

昨日的記憶 (When Yesterday Comes) is being released in Taipei this weekend. The story seems to revolve the lives of young and old. The cast seems to be star studded including many of the more popular movie and drama stars. Included in the cast are veterans of Taiwan cinema.

I am not sure if I would watch this movie. However, if I base it on the cast alone, I would get it.

命運化妝師 - Make Up - Upcoming

命運化妝師 (Make Up) is being released tomorrow in Taipei on June 24th. The movie stars Sonia Sui, Nikki Hsin-Ying Hsieh, Matt Wu, and Bryant Chang.

From the trailer, it looks like a mystery suspense with a little "horror" edge to it. But it stars Sonia Sui and Nikki Hsieh! Dood, that's enuff for me to get on board.

偷心大聖P.S.男 - PS Man - Upcoming

偷心大聖P.S.男 (PS Man) is an upcoming Taiwanese drama starring Bianca Bai, Sonia Sui, Blue Lan, and Wen Sheng Hao (James Wen). The idol drama is set to replace Autumn's Concerto on Sunday, February 28th.



There's been a lot of fanfare or media coverage of this series. Bianca Bia and Sonia Sui have promoted this in the past month and the ads are popping up on SETTV now.

From the looks of it, it'll be a fun and deary story. Fun in the sense of its coverage of showbiz, but deary with the subject of a child born before Bianca's character gets famous.

Sonia Sui and Bianca Bai appeared for a promo shoot for their upcoming Taiwanese Drama, 偶像劇偷心大聖PS男.

Man, its not fair to have two of the most beautiful Taiwanese actresses do this to people. Because of these two, I've got PS男 on my radar now.

Bianca Bai has been a favorite since her turn in Angel Lover and Sonia Sui has continued to sizzle since her supporting spot in Black and White.
