ABDC Season 1 winners JabbaWockeeZ have been on a roll since there competition days. They've appeared in the NBA with Shaq Diesel. They have been in an Nike commerical. And they ripped the stage in ABDC's season five charity episode. They also recently blew us away on the finale of ABDC's season six as I aM mE were crowned champions. But they're biggest accomplishment may be their Las Vegas show. Seriously, Las Vegas show. And with that notoriety, they've released a video recently to top that off. In the word of Marvel fanboyz, "'Nuff said", just watch.

America's Best Dance Crew - Season 5 - Upcoming
America's Best Dance Crew (Season 5) is going to premiere on Thursday, January 28th! The promos are starting and Facebook feeds are getting updated.
I wasn't a big fan of Season 2 or 4. I didn't think the level of the "groups" were even like it was in Season 1 and 3. My favorite crew is still Kaba Modern followed by Quest Crew and JabbaWockeeZ.
From the promo of the crews they've shown, I may not be a fan of this season either. Here's to hoping Season 6 is a "All Star" season, bringing back crews like Kaba and Beat Freaks to compete again.

America's Best Dance Crew (Season 3)
America's Best Dance Crew (Season 3) started last week on 1/15/2009. I am much more impressed with these crews than with Season 2's. These are my favorite crews so far:
Beat Freaks
Boxcuttuhz
Dynamic Edition
Quest Crew
I am pulling for Quest Crew to take it all.
Unlike what they did in season 2, MTV isn't waiting until the day before to show the online episodes. Which is a good thing.

America's Best Dance Crew (Season 2) Episode 2

The judges thought it was the best show of the season. I would have to disagree. The second episode of the second season of America's Best Dance Crew was boring. I did watch all 9 groups and was very uninterested.
So uninterested, I ended up watching parts of a couple episodes from Season 1.
There's a lot of hype to season 2 because Kaba and Jabba was so good in season 1. At least from the areas of pop culture I frequent.
But if episode 3 sucks like episode 1, I'll have to take it off my rotation. As convenient as watching TV is from the internet, the quality is still poor.
I am hoping for season 1 to be released on DVD. I'd buy it for around $20.

I just caught episode one of America's Best Dance Crew (Season 2) online at mtv.com.
Not as excited about it as I was while watching Season One. In Season One, week after week, Kaba and Jabba crushed it and got me all excited for the next show. Season Two? Man, I am not excited to see the next episode.

(Spoiler Alert) It's a shame that Distorted X got eliminated! Unfortunately, I am not a judge and I seem to always miss the voting periods. Hope they have a best of the eliminated crews special show.
