The Walking Dead - Season Five Begins With A Bang

The Walking Dead return to broadcast last Sunday. Ho hum. It only bested their own record breaking viewing numbers from their fourth season. Seems there's no stopping this franchise. Every season has seen a major cast member bite the dust. I wonder who it will be this season. I think Rick, Daryl, Glenn, Maggie, Carl, and Michonne are safe. But the I think Rick, Daryl, and Carl are the only super safe. Carol, Tyrese, Beth, and Sasha are borderline. Bob and Tara are possibility for an early exit. The three amigos in Abraham, Rosita, and Eugene are not going last long. That's just my opinion.

Comic wise, I've only read up to the prison. So, I didn't get to Terminus myself. Seems that Gareth is alive and could come back to terrorize the group the future. Now, its to find Beth and save The Priest. Morgan's on the prowl now too.

The Walking Dead Starts Again

The Walking Dead Season 5 begins tonight, Sunday, October 12, 2014. The build up to it has been pretty intense. The one minute clips tease us, and taught us. Just start already!

I'll know what I am doing tonight.

The Walking Dead - Maggie and Glenn On Cover Of Entertainment Weekly

The Walking Dead Season 5 premieres on Sunday, October 12, 2014. The last we saw at the end of Season 4 is that our beloved characters are trapped at Terminus from what appears to be cannibals.

From the trailer, leaks, teases, etc., the upcoming fifth season promises to be the most brutal. The love relationship between Maggie and Glenn has been played up. As the cover suggest, lots of fighting coming up.

The Walking Dead - Glenn Makes It Out Alive

The Walking Dead's Season 4 finale was a couple of weekend ago. I ended up watching it with a couple of friends. Dang, totally didn't want the season to end. Terminus was not what we expected. There are no more safe havens. From the looks of things, they eat dead ppl. Like the Thinns from GoT. Maybe, I haven't read that far in the comic books.

However, Glenn's time this season was pretty sparse. He ended up being sick and almost dying. In the second half, the story arc didn't focus on him all that much. But he's alive and reunited with Maggie.

Looking forward to Season 5 and they better let him live!

The Walking Dead - Glenn At Terminus

Glenn on The Walking Dead, played by Steven Yeun, got back together with Maggie finally. After Glenn's near death experience at the Prison and than searching for Maggie. The experience for Season 4 was two fold. One of sadness and one of urgency. Sadness that sickness was going to end Glenn and than urgency to find Maggie. Now, with the scary Mary character introduction, I am completely thrown off now.

Reports that the "happy ending" of the last episode between Maggie and Glenn was a prelude to a their savage demise in the final episode. They've replaced their minority characters before and they can probably replace their Asian one with new characters next season. I hope they are all WRONG and that Glenn is alive with Maggie!

The Walking Dead - Glenn and Maggie Unite

Glenn and Maggie reunite again on the second to last episode of the show. Tara plays for the same team as herself and isn't interested in Glenn. Yahoo! No Korean drama type love triangle to deal with. Glenn's already had the terminal illness he escaped. As long as Maggie isn't some long lost relative, we're all good with avoiding the stereotypical Korean drama stuff.

We're also getting to the end of the line with Terminus. On the Inside The Dead notes, Terminus was the 1800s name for Atlanta. ATL! ATL!

The Walking Dead - Glenn And ..... Tara?!

WTH?! The sneak peak for the second to the last episode of Season Four of The Walking Dead. Abraham Ford and Tara Chambler are on watch and chatting while Glenn, Eugene Porter, and Rosita Espinosa are sleeping by the tracks. Abraham challenges Tara about her fondness of Glenn and the dilemma she's in helping Glenn find his wife. WTH?!!!!!!!

Dood, I've only gotten up to issue 48 of the comic series and stopped on purpose. I don't want to know too much more!

Glenn and Maggie 4-eva!

I am also very happy to hear of this annoucement, "Talking Dead Is All-New This Sunday With Guests Steven Yeun and Josh McDermitt"

The Walking Dead - Steven Yeun On Conan

The Walking Dead was void of Glenn this past week. The previews for the next episode suggest more of the group will get some play.

To give us some more Glenn, going back into the time machine, here's a clip of Steven Yeun on Conan from last fall.

The Walking Dead - Glenn and Tara

I am on the West Coast so The Walking Dead hasn't broadcast yet officially. The HD channel does at 6:00 PM, but I am never able to watch with my two kids running around eating dinner. As such, I don't know what's going on.

But I did come across this promo pic of the people that play Glenna and Tara. Nice funny picture.

The Walking Dead - Glenn and Daryl Find Bob

Glenn wasn't in the episode much. But he was for a brief minute. Even Rick's been gone for 2 full episodes. The episode from this past weekend, Glenn was in the prologue and the epilogue of the episode. We start with a short vignette of Bob being alone before going to the prison. Bob hears the roar of a hog approaching and sees Glenn and Daryl pull up. Glenn is the gun man while Daryl does the talking. The very last scene of the episode is with Glenn finding the map of terminus.

Here's the hoping that the last 3 episodes of season 4 will bring Maggie and Glenn back together.

The Walking Dead - Glenn

The Walking Dead returned last night with only 1 scene of Glenn. But it was a good one. The rest of the episoded focused on Maggie, Sasha, and Bob as they head to Terminus. The the other half was Beth and Daryl's "love" relationship that has an epic turn.

The Walking Dead - Keep Hope Alive for Glenn

Glenn was absent in last week episode and also absent from the trailer for tomorrow's episode. Even The Walking Dead facebook page ask if they will be reunited. Better. Better.

The Walking Dead - No Glenn This Past Week

The Walking Dead had a new episode. BUT it only featured Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene. No word on if Glenn gets any closer to finding Maggie! NOOOOOOO. But the preview has Maggie in it. I'll guess that we'll get a little more of Rick and the three person group of Maggie, Sasha, and Bob.

Come on mang, Glenn and Maggie! Together forever!

The Walking Dead - Steven and Lauren

Wowza! Steven Yeun and Lauren Cohan do this amazing photo shoot for Los Angeles magazine. What if Glenn and Maggie met in the post World War II era and did an engagement photo session? Bam! Feast your eyes below.

The Walking Dead - Prison Break

The Walking Dead is starting in mere minutes. Last weeks episode left us with a unconscious Glenn. The previews have him joining a mad max crew. Glenn and Maggie have to get back together!

The Walking Dead - Glenn Is Back!

Glenn makes it back to the land of the living this past weekend!

The Walking Dead and Steven Yeun

The Walking Dead is onto its Fourth Season and it's pretty dang good. The mid-season premiere (episode 9) did not feature Glenn played by Steven Yeun in the main scenes. Glenn only showed up in previous and upcoming stuff.

BUT this week, we'll find out what he's up to and what happened to the bus. Donde esta es Maggie! What?! No Maggie sightings so far.

Looking forward to Episode 10!

The Walking Dead - Season Three - Upcoming

The Walking Dead is one of my favorite US made television series. It is based on a comic book series of the same name. The series follows a band of survivors in the ATL trying to survive in the wake of an Zombie Apocalypse.

The series is going to premiere its third season this coming Sunday on the AMC channel. The first two seasons were a blast. I had seen bits and pieces of it, but I recently purchased the Blu-rays and binged watch it. AWESOME!

The show also features Steven Yeun as the former pizza delivery expert as a main cast member, Glenn. The dood is a gopher and gets in an out of places. I hope its not playing on the "sneaky Asian" stereotype.

Glenn's love interest on the show is the lovely Lauren Cohan as Maggie Greene. I was a bit surprised to see this go down. It is working against the "sexless" Asian male stereotype. NICE.
