The Last Airbender (降世神通:最後的氣宗) is a 2010 film. The movie was directed by M. Night Shyamalan and based on a Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Nickelodeon cartoon.
Here's the Netflix description:
In a world ravaged by the Fire nation's aggression toward the peaceful Air, Water and Earth nations, reluctant youth Aang (Noah Ringer) learns that he's an Avatar -- a rare being who can manipulate all four elements and restore peace to the planet. Now Aang must join with his pal Katara (Nicola Peltz) and other allies to fulfill his destiny. M. Night Shyamalan directs this live-action adaptation of the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The movie was not good. I had a hard time watching it. I did use to watch the carton on and off, but never wanted to devote time to it, because it was a little too childish. The movie isn't geared towards childish people, but it tries to bring in the adults as well.
The movie was notable to me for its casting of all white leads for the four main protagonist roles. It is well documented at Racebending.com.
