The Beekeeper (蜂刑者) is an 2024 film. The movie stars Jason Statham as The Beekeeper. The supporting cast include Emmy Raver-Lampman, Josh Hutcherson, Phylicia Rashad, and Jeremy Irons. But the movie is really about Jason Statham kicking @$$.
Jason Statham plays Adam, a beekeeper in quiet part of middle America. Jason is hired to pollenate and rents out the barn of a retired school teacher Eloise Parker, played by Phylicia Rashad. They have a friendly relationship and keep tabs on each other. When Eloise is scammed out of her retirement funds, she takes drastic measure and commits suicide. Adam is the first to discover this and goes after the scammers. The law enforcement puts Adam as the primary suspect. Will Adam be able to get the scammers before he's taken in?
If you are a Jason Statham fan. This is right up your ally. You get a Jason that’s skilled in taking out people. In this movie, The Beekeeprs are a special kind of bad @$$ and can do much. Jason is the ultimate special kind of person. I hope they make a sequel.
