Jeremy Lin Wins Ugly With 20 Points

Last night, Jeremy Lin lead the Knicks to their 5th straight victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves, 100-98. During the first half, we though it was going to be another unbelievable night as Jeremy Lin had 15 points on 7 for 12 shooting. However, the Knicks were trailing. When the second half started, the Knicks chipped away at the lead into the final minutes of the fourth quarter. However, during this run, Jeremy Lin did not play all that well nor shoot well. Jeremy Lin shot 1 for 13 with 4 turnovers in the second half. However, when it counted down the stretch, Jeremy was the calming effect the team needed to get other players involved and good looks at the rim. Jeremy Lin's final point was the go ahead point for the game.

This is pretty ridiculous that Jeremy Lin's 20 point game was a letdown to lots of people. 20 points! The team still won! Ugly win and it'll be a good learning experience. Sixth game in 9 days, that's a lot.

I live in Los Angeles and do not have NBA League Pass at home. Which means that I didn't have the game at home today. After a amazing first quarter, I convinced another friend of mine to head out to Buffalo Wild Wings to catch the second half. Ugly half but the Knicks pulled it out. I am not even a Knicks fan. In fact, as a life long Lakers fan, I kind of despise them because of Willis Reed. Oh well, see what a Jeremy Lin can do?
