Jeremy Lin Has Tough Lost

Jeremy Lin has a decent game against the Celtics. However, at this point, its not the stats anymore, it is the wins. They lost behind a middle of the line effort of 15 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 6 turnovers. The Knicks had a lead going into the second half with Jeremy Lin in foul trouble. But the Celtics pull a great third quarter together to get the lead. The Knicks game back in the fourth and had a 3 point lead going into the final 10 seconds. However, instead of letting them score a two, they let them launch a three to tie the game. In overtime, Jeremy Lin, Melo, and STAT played poorly enough to lose the game by 4 points.

The bench was good in the first half, but didn't give them enough in the second to keep closer in the third. Melo particularly was off and they also decided not to rebound well as a whole.

With a slew of games against above .500 teams for most of March, this is a make or break month for the Knicks. Will they climb to number 4 or 3 in the eastern seedings, or hover around the 6, 7 and 8 spots.
