I've been renting (free via my taxes) a lot of films from the Los County Library. They have recent and oldies. I recently picked up Legendary Amazons, The Great Magician, and many others. They're only on DVD, but that's good enough as most Blu-ray players will upstream it 720. Which is good enough for me. My previous DVD players kept it 480.
If you live in the Los Angeles region, go to the Library, it may have some Asian films.
